What is the structure of the duplex triplex quadruplex cable?
Henan Huadong Cable Group is a professional manufacture of quadplex service wire. The quadruplex aluminum service drop cable is a 4-conductor assembly of aluminum alloy conductors. The assembly includes 3 phase conductors and one neutral messenger wire. There are three kinds of phase conductor materials, they are all aluminum conductor(AAC)、all aluminum alloy conductor(AAAC)、aluminum conductor steel reinforced(ACSR). The conductors are insulated with a polyethylene jacket that protects the conductors from excessive heat, dryness, moisture, or other corrosive elements.

The quadruplex cable typically delivers power from a pole-mounted transformer to an individual residence or building where the service entrance cable connects with the service head. See here, I believe you have a general understanding of the quad plex cable. If you need quadruplex aluminum service drop cable, Huadong Cable Group is definitely your ideal supplier. Because Huadong cable Group is a professional quadruplex service wire and cable manufacturer. Just
.

What is the Quadruplex Cable Application?
Quadruplex aluminum service drop cable are generally used in rural areas, mountain areas and forest power grid transformation, and overhead transmission in isolated areas. Some years ago, these areas used bare-wire to power transmission line generally. But in contrast to overhead insulated cable, bare wires have significant disadvantages in terms of safety. Especially in forest areas, bare-wire transmission is one of the causes of forest fires. In rural areas, mountain areas and forest areas, the span of poles is large. And the requirements of wire tension are strict, ordinary duralumin can not meet the requirements. In order to avoid adding a large number of poles, many power line designer has chosen overhead insulated cable. Therefore, The demand for duplex triplex quadruplex cables has greatly increased.

The introduction to the quadruplex cable
Application: Used to supply 3-phase power, usually from a pole-mounted transformer, to the user’s service head where connection to the service entrance cable is made. To be used at voltages of 600 volts phase-to-phase or less and at conductor temperatures not to exceed 75°C for polyethylene insulated conductors or 90°C for crosslinked polyethylene (XLP) insulated conductors.
Quadruplex Cable Specifications:
•B-230 Aluminum Wire, 1350-H19 for Electrical Purposes.
•B-231 Aluminum Conductors, Concentric-Lay-Stranded.
•B-232 Aluminum Conductors, Concentric-Lay-Stranded, Coated Steel Reinforced (ACSR).
•B-399 Concentric-Lay-Stranded, 6201-T81 Aluminum Alloy Conductors.
•B-901 Compressed Round Stranded Aluminum Conductors Using Single Input Wire.
quadruplex service drop cable meets or exceeds all applicable requirements of ICEA S-76-474 .
What is the difference of duplex triplex quadruplex cable?
Duplex service drop cable has two conductors. One of them is phase conductor, another is neutral conductor. Triplex service drop cable has three conductors, two conductors are phase line, another is neutral core. quadruplex service wire has four conductors, three of them are phase wire, another is load-bearing line. According to your requirement, Huadong Cable Group can produce the right cable for your duplex or triplex quadruplex cable. Just leave your message and tell us what abc cable do you need.
